Toner cheat for all skin types!!

This is good because some toners can be really expensive and hard to find for you skin type. Basically what you do after cleansing is just run a sponge or cotton wool under some cold (not freezing) water and dab onto your face. This gets rid of excess cleanser which hasnt washed off and it also tightens the pores!

Real easy! I'll be sure to try that after the next time I do some cleansing. Another good thing, is I understand how that works, so I'm really itching to try it.

hey rose i forgot to ask, do you put it under the water and dab it straigh onto ur face, or take off the excess water from the cotton wool thing first??

i use rose water as a facial toner
