Default The importance of wearing sunglasses

Sunglasses are meant for more than just being a trendy accessory - they protect your eyes from the sun. No one enjoys squinting while driving or walking around on a sunny day and having a good pair of shades on keep your eyes from harsh glare. If you don’t wear sunglasses often, it’s important that you do and if you are an avid sunglasses wearer, it’s vital that you know if your shades are giving your eyes proper protection.

I'm almost obsesive about wearing them, and broad spectrum UVA & UVB ,and mine are huge And the sides have to be very wide to prtect the "crows feet" area. Thanx 4 bringing it up...Oh yea and when it is cloudy I still wear them...see I said I was a little nutty..lol

But, instead of sunglasses, you can also apply sunscreen. It also protects the skin around the eyes, right ? I'm asking because I don't have the habit of wearing sunglasses and instead I just apply sunscreen when I'm out in the sun.

Sunscreen protects the skin around the eyes. While sunglasses protect the eyes itself. You need to wear sunglasses as well darling.

Yeah, I think you're right. I have to break the habit of not using sunglasses.

It's for your own good darling I have the tendency to wear sunglasses in summer and not in winter. I have to break that habit. We have to wear sunglasses all year round.

I know, but wearing sunglasses during winter time is going to make some people stare at me. I'm going to make a real effort though.
