Hey girls....i was wondering if you could help me

how would you prevent new wrinkles from occuring in the future, i mean what massages, foods, face masks etc should you do?

Sunscreen, every day! This is probably the #1 way to prevent wrinkles and damage.

Yes and a good diet and lots of water, keep your skin moisturized and wear sunglasses and hats.

And I think foods which contain anti-oxidants are just very good for your skin in that sense. And avoiding things like smoking and drinking excessively (smoking really ages your skin). Look out for superfoods (you can probably find a list of superfoods online somewhere) because they are the ones which contain the anti-oxidantsa dn minerals etc. which your skin and body need.
