For sparkling teeth rub your teeth once a week with fine salt and lime juice. This will also help you to get rid of the yellow tint which sometimes occurs on teeth due to neglect.

Also, after brushing your teeth, gently massage the gums with your fingertips for a few seconds. This encourages the circulation of blood.

See my teeth are so sparkling white -->

I use crest whitestrips... and it works like a charm
However be careful with this product, in case your teeth are sensitive.

Yeah, I agree, there're great. I use them twice a year and I am a happy camper

Wouldn't this ruin your teeth from the acidity of the lime?

I think I'll pass on the salt thing but I can massage my gums just fine. I've never heard of that technique before, but it makes sense, so it won't hurt to try it.

It would ruin your teeth if the salt isnt alkaline (if it doesnt contain a hydroxide ion and normal salts are neutral) because it wouldnt neutralise your lime acidity. if you put the lime and salt on your teeth and Immediately brush, you would ruin your teeth as the acidity softens your enamel so wait for at least 30 minutes before brushing.
