Hi! I was reading posts on here, to put lemon on your spots and acne. I put it on last night for 15 minutes and then washed it off. I then put an oil free moisturiser on my skin. When i woke up this morning, my skin was lovely and soft. My skin was radiant! I really reccomend this for everyone!!!! It also helps get rid of dark patches!!! Try it!! It's GREAT!!!

Also, Here are some home remedies for clear and glowing skin:
Garlic has well known antibiotic properties making it an excellent treatment for pimples and acne. Peel and mash eight cloves of fresh garlic and apply to face avoiding the area around the eyes. Leave on for about 15 minutes and wash off with a warm cloth. Dilute some lemon juice with water and dab on pimples to kill germs, cool inflammation and improve blood circulation. To loosen and cleanse blackheads, make a paste of oatmeal, honey and an egg white. Apply to the skin, massage for 10 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water. A mask of grated apple mixed with a little honey is an excellent remedy for pimples. Most facial masks can be applied to the skin for 15-20 minutes then washed off with warm water, followed by a cold rinse.

Also, try this to get rid of pimples!
Make a paste by mixing 3 tablesppons of honey and 1 tablespoon on cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it off the next morning with warm water. Repeat for 2 weeks, and you should see an improvement! ![]()

Got some extra lemons laying around? Try some of these tips:
Brighten Fingernails: Get your fingernails in shape for the warmer weather, by first, soaking them in ReaLemon lemon juice for 10 minutes, and then brushing them with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and warm water. Rinse well. Banish Blackheads: Rub lemon juice over blackheads before going to bed. In the morning, rinse your face with cool water and repeat the process each night until blackheads are gone. Condition Hair: Bring life and lustre back to dull damaged hair by combining 3/4-cup olive oil, 1/2-cup honey, and approximately 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Set the mixture aside. Rinse hair with water, towel-dry, then work in a small amount of the mixture and comb it through evenly. Cover hair with a plastic bag for 1/2-hour. Shampoo and rinse for shiny, luxurious results. Create Blonde Highlights: For a kinder, all-natural alternative to hair dyes and bleach, begin by rinsing your hair with 1/4-cup ReaLemon lemon juice and 3/4-cup water. Sit in the sun to activate the lemon juice's natural bleaching properties. Breath Freshener: To quickly freshen bad breath, simply squirt a few drops of lemon juice into your mouth, swish it around, and swallow it. The citric acid content alters the pH level in your mouth, killing odour-causing bacteria. Soak & Relax: For a perfect bath, simply add some lemon juice, sea salts, or rosemary to your bathwater then soak your cares away. |
