turning 30... skin care advice please!!!

Hi everybody,
I'm a total rookie in the forum... I dont even knew they existed!!, but thank god you are here!!!... there is a lot of helpful info...
I'm concern because I'm going to be 30 very soon, I've never been careful enough about my skin-care routine but I've decided to take proper care of myself.
The thing is that there are tons of product offering you miracles out there and I dont have a clue about what to use (brands, type of products, etc) or in which order do I have make the routine... so please give me a clue about it!!...
My skin is mixed (oily T-zone), I've never used sunscreen, every morning (rarely at night - shame) I wash my face with L'oreal's "Pure Zone" gel, and I've used Stendhal's toning water and moisturizing gel for a while...
