Default Treatments for younger looking skin

Hi there! I'm interested to know the beauty treatments/rituals that you ladies do to achieve younger looking skin? How long have you been doing these treatments and what are the positive effects that you have accomplished so far?

Dr. Christiane Northrup wrote a great book on all sorts of women's issues. The book is called "The Wisdom of Menopause." In it, she talks about the power of high-potency Vitamin E (tocotrienol) for your skin.

there are two things that help with your skin and aging. Sunscreen always and lots of water to rehydrate.

I mix rose oil and jojoba oil in my facial moisturisers and my skin seems to be soft and look much healthier. I also moisturise my body with sorbolene cream with 10% glycerine everynight, my skin is nice and soft and I believe it helped to prevent stretch marks after having 3 kids. I also take fish oil tablets.

The first step to treating aging skin is the application on sunscreen every morning! I have already started getting crows feet around my eyes and frown/smile lines around my mouth. It was really bothering me and I considered having Botox but after doing some research I realized that there may be large consequences if I go down that route (financial, physical, etc). I went to my facialist for help and she recomended a line called the Newtox Treatment Line. I have been using it for about three and a half months now and the results are amazing! The lines that were freaking me out are slowly fading and my skin is plumper and has a dewy look. I'm pleased with the product's results and highly recomend it to any one that is starting to have aging skin We may not be able to stop or pull back time but we can certainly try!
