Default daily routine..

So i know the essential routine for morning and night is to:
- cleanse
- tone
- moisturise
- suncream

but i use a moisturiser from the body shop called Vitamin C daily moisturiser spf 15, so does that mean i dont have to use a suncream? (even in summer) and if i do still want to maybe use an extra suncream is that ok?

thanks

Yes, wear another sunscreen of at least a rating of an spf 45. However, this will not increase your spf to 55. Always reapply your sunscreen every 2-3 hours... Minimum.

Yes, definitely wear another sunscreen. The higher the SPF the better.

I agree totally never rely on make up or cream SPF for full protection.

First of all, good for you that you are keeping a daily facial routine! That is the first step to beautiful skin! You're right that if you use a moisturizer with a sunscreen in it, you can pass applying a sunscreen seperatly. But this is only true if the sunscreen has at least SPF17 for your face. Therefore, the Body Shop product that you are using is not a good enough sunscreen for your face. But you can easily find a moisturizer that has an SPF of 17 or above.
