Default Help me to be cured of blackheads.

I have been facing problems of blackheads and they seem to be getting worse. It really makes you look ugly and I am worried that if they will ever go away. If anyone of you has been in a similar situation or may be if you people know the cure for this, please let me know.

The best way to remove blackheads is to remove the cause of them -- excessive sebum (oil) and dead skin cells. Sebum is an oily secretion of the body and when it becomes trapped in the skin it results in acne and blackheads. The best way to deal with a problem is to know the basic cause for it and then deal with it. So, I advice you to go for a product that contains Vitamin B5 that helps to get rid of too much sebum. The sebum which is produced in excess will be reduced and this will be a benefit for your skin. A product called Clearly Gone has a good amount of Vitamin B5 and you can use this to cure your problems. I do recommend the use of this product that has Vitamin B5 as this vitamin is a harmless vitamin and you will be benefited if you try to reach the core of the problem rather than keeping it to the surface.

Blackheads home remedy treatment is quite effective. Following are some Black head cure home remedies. Read on for home remedy for Blackheads:

* In 3-4 cup boiled water, add 2 tsp of soda bicarbonate. Steam a towel with this. Thereafter, place the towel gently on your face. Do it for about 5-6 times. Make a paste by mixing 1 tsp curd and 1 tsp rice flour. Apply the paste on the affected area. After some time, wash your face with cold water.
* Take a pinch of soft portion of glycerin soap and mix with a pinch of table salt. Apply this mixture on the blackheads. Do it for about a week and see the magical results.
* Take about 1 tsp of juice extracted from fresh coriander leaves and add ½ tsp of turmeric powder in it. Apply this mixture while going to bed. Wash your face the next morning with cold water.
* Make a paste by mixing 1 tsp limejuice and 1 tsp of finely powdered cinnamon. Apply it on the affected area before going to bed. Wash it off in the morning.

I am always removing my blackheads and leave no scars and cause no breakouts. This is what I do: I first steam my face for about 10-15 minutes and then afterwards push the blackheads out (pop them) with the aid of my fingers. Afterwards I cleanse my face and apply zit lotion on any spot that looks a bit red. This is very effective. But don't push too hard on your skin, you do not want to leave marks.

But first of all lets look at what blackheads are. They are caused by pores of the skin becoming partially blocked and they appear black not because of dirt but because of the oxidising effect that the air has on the sebum (oil) in the blocked pore and also by the melanin pigment that comes from dead skin cells.

The best way of removing blackhead is to remove the cause which is excessive sebum and dead skin cells. It is important that you use only natural ingredients that are not too astrigent for your skin as harsh products can strip the skin of oil and this will only produce more sebum which will then result in more blocked pores (more blackheads).

So do not be afraid to use those products which contain natural oils such as jojoba or coconut oil for cleansing your skin and because they are close to our own body's natural oils they will not block the pores. Also it is important that you use a gentle exfoliator each day to remove dead skin cells which can also block pores, but be gentle as over exfoliating can only exacerbate the problem of blackheads. It is important that the exfoliator you use does not contain any alcohol, isopropyl mystate, lanolin, sodium lauryl sulphate, sodium laureth sulphate, propylene glycol, mineral oil or parabens.

Nor should you extract your blackheads forcibly using either your fingers, fingernails or a comedone (blackhead) remover as this can cause permanent damage to your pores and will stop them from working properly. You might be able to squeeze some of the blackhead out but you may also end up forcing some of it even deeper into your skin and this may in turn lead to an infection or permanent damage. So touching your skin should generally be avoided in order to prevent cross infection

However the best way to get rid of blackhead or to reduce the appearance is to carry out the following twice a week. Wash your sking gently using a natural exfoliating product and then pat your skin dry. Next fill a bowl with boiling water and to it add a few drops of tea tree oil and then place your face over the bowl and steam for 5 minutes. Next apply a clay mask (bentonite or seawood) and leave on for between 10 minutes to 1 hour (as per the masks instructions). Rinse off with warm water and then pat your skin dry. Removing blackhead problems can be done effectively.

Default lemon or orange juice

i tried using lemon juice on my blackheads and it works. But for those who have sensitive skin ,you can use orange coz its not as strong as lemon.Just let it stay for atleast about 15 minutes or more.
