Brushing your lips gently with the tips of your toothbrush exfoliates them. Moisture is essential after lip-brushing so you need to apply some good quality lip balm.
I have read of the effect of Cinnamon Leaf oil or Peppermint oil which work great to plump lips, but if you decide to try - apply with caution, because it gives you that tingly effect but actually irritates and dries out your lips.

Pout lipgloss. after using it for a few weeks my lips were definately plumper. hope this helped

So the claims are true...

I couldn't resist that one...

A year and a half ago, four of us Pro MUA's did a test on themselves and our regular actors with different lip plumpers. And Pout had consistently better results... Ahh, the things we do for fun...

Default Grapefruit Sugar Lip Scrub Recipe For Dry and Chapped Lips
Grapefruit Sugar Gentle Lip Scrub

One Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
One Tsp. Honey
5-6 Drops Grapefruit Juice

Mix everything together and apply the mixture on your lips. Gently scrub after 5 minutes. It removes dead skin layer and reveals Soft and Smooth Lips
