Ive got such dull skin even though i exfoliate and etc, but i heard that blush brightens your skin, so i was wondering what type of blush i should apply on my cheeks, to make my face brighten up, i mean i know which colour but what type shall i apply

sparkly or .... etc

Smashbox has just come out with one recently that is suppose to match the color your skin would naturally blush.

You might want to try a cream blush if you're not oily.
Cream blushes tend to blend easier and look like naturally flushed skin, although oily skin types usually do better with powder blush.

OOOOhhh the Smashbox product that you mentioned sounds neat. I'll have to check it out. I think that for the day time a natural and light blush gives you the brightness that you need. Then if you want to change up your look you can put on sparkly blush at night.
