Almost impossible to tell without more specifics. What kind of spots? Red blotchy ones? Dark spots? Moles? Near the eyes? On the cheeks?

Without more details, I think the usual advice would be that your friend should probably consult with a dermatologist.

crush, grind some mint leaves and apply the pure juice. dont mix water or anything else.
leave it overnight.
it will not clog pores it is just juice.

Well, They Are Red Blotchy Ones All Over The Skin, Not Only Near The Eyes But The Nose, Cheeks, Chin And The Forehead.
So Any Suggestions? Are There Any Ideas Except Consulting A Dermatologist?

Depending on her age, she may need to check with her OB/Gyn & have her hormones assessed. If she is in her teens, it is very normal to have overactive hormones, some more than others unfortunately. I've heard of young girls being put on contraceptives just to help with their acne/red spots. Might want to consult a dermatologist & see what they say as well.

Is she on a good skin care regimen? That is probably the biggest need she has.

I'd say it's hormonal by the sounds of it. Of course you need to see a dermo...skincare will help but hormonal issues need to be sorted from the inside. There are pills and medications that can be prescribed but im not sure these are the best option as they have other negative effects on the skin such as drying and even burning in some cases. Sun burn is increased too.

Acupuncture in some instances has been recommended.

Good luck with it all, i know her pain having come from inescapable acne during which i tried EVERYTHING in highschool.
