Smile Complete Body Care

Hy everybody
Every Human being has to take care there bodies in such a way that, it should reflect your personality..on others in an appealing way.
It hardly takes some minimum time to take care of your body.Whenever somebody sees you, you should be very appealing to them.To get such an appeal..I suggest you all to follow some tips.
Before taking bath, make sure you massage for 5 minutes with Olive Oil, or Sesame Oil,or alomond Oil.And if you want some fragrance in your oil you can add some Aroma oil in your massage oil...and apply allover the body..rub it gently ,slowly..and let the oil sink into your skin.
Later..take some Gram Flour, mix Turmeric..and Milk..Make a mixture of these...and rub to the whole body..Always rub and massage upwards...Never let go to downwards. And keep it like that for a minute..and now take a shower... massage it with water..,gently...and instead of cleaning with soap... clean again with plain Gram Flour without mixing anything.....and use it like a soap.
Take a shower....peacefully....let your skin enjoys the shower..to the core.
After bath... Make it a point to apply..some moisturizing cream all over the body when the body is semiwet. This will make your skin looks more smoother, cleaner...,soft and shining.
If you continue taking shower like this... You will be away with all the dead skin, sagging skin...and wrinkles...and will live and stay younger... even if you reach half century.Mark my words..and try this....
Hope you'll enjoy and will fall in love with your skin.ALWAYS.
Cheers.

You should use the powdered form of turmeric. It is loaded with antioxidants, so it's really great for your skin.
