Here's a tip I read on the internet today (don't remember the name of the website) if you're concerened about the caffeine in green tea. Steep for 30 seconds, then empty the water (with most of the caffeine), and then continue steeping 3 or 4 minutes.
I've never heard this before, but it might be worth a try if you're limiting your caffeine intake.
