Good skin, itself, shows that body is healthy from inside. If your skin is dull, then you primarily need to take care of your diet.
Eat fresh fruits and drink juice on daily basis. (Papaya is very good for skin) Exfoliate your skin with good scrub, then moisturize. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day. Sleep for minimum of 8 hours. Exercise daily, avoid stress and try to be happy

yes yes and add some meditation and an exciting social life with some great friends is also very very important,stay away from smoking and moderate drinking.

I have a question about papaya. on a differnt forum i heard papaya was good for your skin but you shouldn't eat it in summer> why is that. no one
has answered me from anywhere. |

Yes even i eat papaya daily it is really good for skin,and i forgot to add few basic but significant tips,its very important to think positive thoughts and be at peace with yourself and others.

I second the papaya and water theory; I drink 3 litres of water per day and it really helps!
Too bad I personally hate the taste of papaya ): Wish mangoes would have the same effect.

Mix one cup of sugar with 1 tablespoon fresh lemon / lime juice. While taking bath, lather your body and face heavily with a soft soap like Dove. Scrub the whole body and face with the sugar mixture on the lather.
