Default what helped me

I went through a period last winter of having super dry skin on my legs. I tried everthing, but nomatter how great my legs felt when I first put lotion/creams/oil on them - by the end of the day my skin was flaking off and ashy again. I told one of my girlfriends about it and she recommeded a cream she used to treat her eczema. I tried it out and that was it. It is amazing stuff. It's called Atopalm. I can put this on in the morning after I shave and never have to worry about my skin getting itchy or dried out.

Hy everybody.The best way to avoid dry skin is..stop using..soap....In the sense..use soap only for your private parts.And use gram flour..with rice powder to your whole body...And if u hve time..then you can just apply some olive oil or seasame oil to your whole body..priro to your bath,,and if you really dont hv time.. then the best way to make you skin smooth is by mixing any of these oils in your bath powder..and just rub all over your body...And if you hve an oily face...while applying to your face avoid oil...and when you apply the rest bath powder..to your body..then you can mix some oil..or milk.And after bath..just slightly wipe your body..by keeping some water on your skin..and immdieately apply some moisturiser to your whole body.If the cream is so oily..then after applying...just rub gently..your whole body.with a wet cloth,.as this..will remove the greasiness from your skin making your clothes out of stain.

Leg Gloss by anomalycosmetics.com. It really works! I had never heard from them but I bought it and I used it for my legs and also for arms (hehehe)and I am in love with it. It is all natural so it does not matter where you put it. I found the company from a write up in the Star Magazine.

Default Dry skin

Hi,
You dont have to worry about your dry skin any longer,here is a solution;
Ingredient
coconut oil or olive oil or clove oil or jojoba oil.
Any of the ingredient you are able to get put 2tablespoons in your bathing water,or you can apply them daily as your cream.continue using until you see an improvement.And hey,drink lots of water&eat lots of vegetables&fruits.Take care.Lots of love

I would suggest drinking lots of water. Your cells need water to be healthy!
Also, find moisturizers that don't contain mineral oil, it doesn't absorb into your skin.
Use the moisturizer immediately after you shower for best absorption and then a couple more times per day.

Last, keep in mind that when the weather is cooler outside, you will be more dry. Be sure to exfoliate the dry areas and follow with a shea butter or thick body cream that doesn't contain mineral oil.

Try the body butters from my earthly basics...they come in lots of different scents and have matching body washes. I can't go out the house without moisturizing.
