Default Natural Tips For Under Eye Dark Circles

Glowing skin and healthy looks make you beautiful. Dark circles under eyes is a major issue as far as healthy looks are concerned.

•Protect your eyes from direct sunlight and smoke. Use sun glasses whenever sun exposure is expected.
•Proper sleep is very important. Take good sleep for six to eight hours daily.
•Good diet is reflected by your skin. Take well balanced diet rich in rich in iron and Vitamin A, like carrots.
•Exercise increases blood supply to the skin and so does to the eyes and skin around the eyes. Consequently you will see a difference in the intensity of dark circles under your eyes.

Good tips! Make sure to use a good pair of sunglasses as the cheap ones will actually do more harm than good.

Great Tips, i think the most valuable one is always and i mean always wear sunglasses they will prevent everything from dark circles to crows feet.

I actually have white circles under my eyes. Kind of weird I know, but I don't like them either.

the make up lady that did my make up for my wedding gave me this advice for puffy eyes....

the area under the eyes tend to retain water....so to help reduce puffiness, gently squeeze the area under the eye to the tear duct for the fluid to drain.

i've been doing it ever since, especially in the morning...and it works
