Natural Healthy Skin Care

After being completely fed up spending countless dollars on skin care
products that were expensive, ineffective, and contained harsh chemicals
combined with only minute amounts of the beneficial botanicals I sought,
I decided to try my hand at making my own products. I have a BSc in
chem, so I already knew, in general, how to create these products. Now
I have made my products available to the public. I have just created a
website and I invite you to visit, and would really appreciate any comments or
thoughts on anything and everything. I know a lot of people have had the same
experience as me with skin care products, so I also do custom formulations for
individuals.

The only products I use are from www.microdermx.net They are all natural and have changed my skin around completely.

I'm glad to see that people are, more and more, looking into more natural skin care. Many people seem more concerned about what goes into their body than onto their skin. For example, benzoyl peroxide is used by many acne sufferers. It causes disruption of DNA in bacteria. Long term testing on effects on DNA of skin cells has not been conducted. I guess we'll know in 15 years or so if it does. It's truly unfortunate that skin care products do not receive the same attention as foods and drugs.

I am curious if anyone is big into the organic skin care lines. What are your fave natural or organic skin care lines?

I like the Burt's Bees product line as well. The cuticle cream is really quite nice, and a real heaven send in the cold Canadian winter, which is known to wreak havok on anything that is exposed to it *sigh*. At this time of year I just love to sit in the tub and avoid the cold elements.

You know I really don't understand why the shower has become so popular. It's just another symptom of the fast paced society in which we live.

I have recently discovered DDF (Doctor's Dermatologic Formula) skincare. It was developed by a Dermatologist/Cosmetic Surgeon and it combines the best holistic ingredients with the best technological ingredients. The results are very good, the products are very clean and they don't make any miraculous claims. It's a higher-priced line, but I've found that most of the products are absolutely worth every penny.
