Default Tips for a well toned figure

Hello Friends

I do regular exercise/yoga and have a good figure.

However, my thighs, Hips and arms part is slightly fatter and I would like to reduce the fat in these areas.

Any tips how I can get them back into shape without going to Gym.

THanks a lot

Have a beautiful day

Bride

Walk 20-30 minutes every day, cut down on dairy products and saturated fats in your diet, bump up your intake of water, whole grains (oatmeal, whole grain breads, brown rice and low-sugar cereals), fruits, vegetables, healthy juices and if you eat meat, increase the amount of seafood and fish.

I find that getting rid of all the dents and cellulite can be dificult. But I like walking and swimming. It tones my thighs and hips the way I want.

Cardio is the way to go for losing fat overall. So try to do at least 30 min. of cardio a day and add on spot-reducing excercises, like crunches, leg lifts, etc. for your more troubled areas.

Stick to the food pyramid. I hate crazy fad diets like "cut down on bread, eat more meat, etc." . Just eat healthy, stay away from sweets. I suggest joining a gym. They have trainers there to figure out the best routine for you.
