Heyyloo! This is my first post here, though I'm not new to forum scene (Been following it occasionally for about a week now). I've looked through all the threads, yet I'm still unsure I've found a solution ot my problem:
I'm quite puzzled as to how to keep makeup lookinfg DECENT and not a muck of crap on your face (Think crazed pale clown) while...erm... For lack of better word 'mucking about with one's boyfriend'. The last time we er...'mucked' about it was VERY hot (Oh,god why dont I just start writing porn?) and I basically messed up EVERYTHING,my eyeshadow was everywhere,my base was well..rather rubbed off,and it just rather sad. PLEASE HELP ME KEEP MY MAKEUP ON!!!! PS. Please, excuse my er...Dirtyness I'm only 17,so you know us teens... Thanks a looootttt, Jo. |

Well, i think that you should try not to use a lot of makeup and, i don't know really, use makeup that is waterproof maybe (i've never had that kind of "problem", i think, mostly because even though i'm the same age as you i've never dated ¬¬)

I would suggest you look into buying a light primer lotion. It will help your foundation glide on smoother, as well as absorb excess oil and even out your skintone. Just apply it after cleansing and start from your jawline, working your way up to your forehead. Try MAC Prep + Prime Skin base. I agree with Lia; try not to use a lot of makeup. My theory is you can't go wrong with less. Avoid heavy stick foundations, as they tend to go on too thickly. Try a tinted moisturizer instead. Final tip: Always set with a loose, translucent powder to set your makeup = staying power. Hope this helps.

I suggest using a pressed powder foundation.
Mineral based powdered foundations will even out your skintone much better than traditional pressed powders and will last longer without it looking caked on. My best pick, Jane Iredale Good Luck ![]()
