Default Eyebrow Coloring Method:Which one do you prefer?

There are two main ways to color eyebrows-either by an eye pencil or eye shadow/powder. Which do you use and why? Which one have you found to be more effective?

I tend to use powder, because it's faster, depending on the job.

If I have more time and the brows need some extra maintenance, I definately use both.

EYELASH/ EYEBROW DYE TIPS: HAIR DYE AND TINT FOR EYEBROW
The Food and Drug Administration today reissued its long-standing warning against "permanent" eyebrow and eyelash dyeing. The Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938 prohibits the marketing of hair dyes for eyelash and eyebrow tinting or dyeing because this practice has been known to cause severe eye injuries and even blindness.
These dyes should not be confused with temporary coloring products used around the eyes - such as mascara, eye shadow, eyebrow pencils and eye liners - which can be used safely.
FDA's new warning was prompted by a recent report from the New York City area of an injury possibly associated with eyebrow and eyelash tinting. An informal FDA survey of beauty salon advertisements in the Washington, D.C., area following the report from New York indicates that some establishments are promoting "permanent" eyebrow and eyelash dyeing or tinting services.
Consumers should be aware that there are no natural or synthetic color additives approved by FDA for dyeing or tinting eyelashes and eyebrows -- either for use in beauty salons or in the home. In fact, the law requires all hair dye products to include instructions for performing patch tests before use to identify for possible allergic reactions, and to carry warnings about the dangers of applying these products to eyebrows and eyelashes.

EYEBROW LIGHTENING PRODUCTS: HOW TO LIGHTEN EYEBROW?
Basics of Eyebrow Lightening
As we age our brows become far more coarse, curly, unruly and often sparse at the same time. This depends on how sparse the growth is to start with. It is also common that the course hairs we can do without ARE the grey ones.
How threading can help in Lightening eyebrows
Threading removes very tiny hair, so you can try threading your brows. However, if you make a mistake you may mess up the shape. I'd say that you should have patience, and just pluck out the hair as and when it gets long enough, and don't worry about the tiny dots. THey are not noticable by anyone but you. Read this article for a step by step guide to threading.
Since they are thick, they will look really striking when shaped, and your eyes will stand out. The first time you thread you may find it a little strange, but once you are regular you will be glad you started. Yes, the hair that is threaded will come out a little thicker, but the advantage is that you can thread really tiny hair as well, so get it threaded once a week. Make sure you get it threaded from the same person.
Lightening the brows from the dark colors
You can bleach them to slightly lighten the colour. The colour of bleach will lighten whatever colour you have used on your brows, so if you have used a dark brown you may get a reddish tinge on your eyebrows.
More tips to lighten eyebrow
Whether a woman's eye shadow should match her eyes, clothes, or neither, is a fashion opinion, which can vary from season to season. Whatever the color choice, it should be subtle. A darker shade of the same color used on the eyelids (or a soft brown shade) can be lightly brushed into the lid crease to add depth and size to the eye. Women with heavy-lidded eyes should avoid this last technique because it will probably emphasize the problem. A dot of ivory or pale yellow eye shadow smoothed under the brow bone will lighten and "open" the eyes.

EYEBROW TINTING - EYEBROW TINT
With today's fast paced lifestyles Eyelash Tinting and Perming are in GREAT demand. These are quick, easy and profitable services to offer.
Some best deals in Eyebrow Tinting
Permalash is a recognized professional eyelash tint which clearly stands alone in quality and effectiveness from the rest. All lashes are in fact blonde at the tips and roots, so to lengthen them some form of dyeing is needed. No more smudges, completely waterproof, permanently long lashes, the benefits of tinting are persuasive. The treatment is simple and quick.
Warning for Eyebrow Tinting
FDA WARNS AGAINST USE OF "PERMANENT" EYELASH/EYEBROW DYES AND TINTS The Food and Drug Administration reissued its long-standing warning against "permanent" eyebrow and eyelash dyeing.

In fact, the law requires all hair dye products to include instructions for performing patch tests before use to identify for possible allergic reactions, and to carry warnings about the dangers of applying these products to eyebrows and eyelashes.
The health hazards of permanent eyelash and eyebrow dyes have been known for more than 60 years. These dyes have repeatedly been cited in scientific literature as capable of causing serious reactions when placed in direct contact with the eye.
