Chickpea flour.........Black chaan apowder.
Fennal seeds..........Sounf seeds.
Cumin seeds......Zeera seeds (Indian call it Jeera).
Saffron.......Zafran (Again Indies call it Jafran. U people dont have Z in ur language, i guess. But Urdu sppeeking people have Z in their alphabets. )
Camphor.............Kafoor (Its a scent, sweet smelling, if burnt in large quantity, it simply make u doze off. )
Cinnamon...........Dar cheeni
Cardamoms seeds..............Ilaichi seeds.
Fanugreek seeds.......Methi seeds
Corriander seeds........Dhanis seeds
Green gram powder.......Masoor dal powder

well, m srry bt did nt really check this post n as for the gram thing u've been helped out already n ya to add to resha's knowledge i knw hindi but i'm nt very gd with pulses as in their hindi names or mayb jst their names but my mom always helps me out
