You have probably gotten damage from the sun! Or you might have a serious skin condition like eczema. Try to see a doctor,or even better a derm. so you can find out exactly what it is. I suggest you take a mild approach to this, perhaps something herbal, so your skin won't become irritated. Be sure to wear your spf 30 or higher ALWAYS. Doing this will protect and prevent future damage.

^ Yup. Right.

Have u ever heard of Unguentine… Unguentine is used to treat the ache and itchiness of sunburns. There are other brand name and store brand treatments you may want to ask your pharmacist about. Mycetracin or other multiple healing ointments may help to speed healing though you will want to ask your pharmacist to be sure.

Default heat rash

hi.
if you get heat rash the way to avoid it is to take calcium tablets, this is tried and tested as i live in spain and used to get it all the time, taking a calcium tablet everyday stops me from getting it.i have passed this tip to loads of friends holidaymakers etc and they have all been well chuffed at the results.
also its very cheap and the calcium will also help your bones etc.
