Default Skin is bad from stress!

Hi!

I have been getting really bad spots latley. My skin looks very pale, and so you can see the spots more clearly. I also have many scars on my face. I am going through a lot of stress at the moment, because of exams and school work, but i can't help that. I am also losing sleep. My mum and dad do not like me using cleansers or anything on my face, as they said i am using too many checmicals on it.

Can someone help me please? I really want to get rid of my spots! But i can't use any cleansers or anything! Please help!

Stress is something you have to bring under control on your own. Getting more sleep and relaxing in general will definitely help with the stress. Your school work is important but your health is more important. Try to remember that it's not worth making yourself sick over.

Green, white and Oolong tea is good for calming skin. You may also want to avoid spicy foods until your stress settles.

You mentioned that you can't use cleasners because they have too many chemicals? There's a cleanser called California Baby Super Sensitive Shampoo & Bodywash. It has NO chemicals or dyes and it's all natural. It triples as a facial cleanser, bodywash and shampoo. It was made for newborns with super sensitive skin. It is the mildest product on the market. I have eczema and it's the only cleanser sensitive enough for my skin. Maybe your parents could check into it. http://www.californiababy.com/

Yes, I agree with Lynnlee... Help educate your parents about the positive benefits of skin care regimens. The address that Lynnlee gave you is a great start. And the importance of your feelings.

Education and Learning is a two-way street; even the parent can learn from the child.

Hope it all turns out well for both you and your parents.

Yes, I agree too.......there r some natural product that your parents should know....n u r the one who can tell them.

meanwhile, u can use natural remedies in this forum......I've been using some of them n it's good for skin..........

Drop lavender essential oil on your pillow to destress yourself n to get a good sleep......I've been doing this....I Found it helps......

When u dont have pimples, u should exfoliate your skin regularly.....since lack of sleep can make your skin look dull, u can use refined salt in olive oil.....but u should be easy on scrubbing or it can hurt your skin.

I hope your parents will soon let u to use some skin care regimens.........
