Usually once a week, any more and they irritate the hell out of your nose.

I find they work really well. 5 *'s out of 5 for me

Yup! no matter, how much they frustrate you, but stick to only one strip per week. Get biore ones, they work!

i use 'em 2-3 times a week, da 1 by biore. by conbinin it w/ a scrub, gettin rid of black heads is e-a-s-y

3 times a week! Tea tree have the best ones they remove alot and i mean alot when used properly leave on for about 20 mins and remember to tone after to close pores.

I use them like 3 times a week roughly every 2 to 3 days and it suits me fine.

Unless you are absolutely sure you can use them more.. if you have never used them before start with once a week please! And don't leave them on for more than ten minutes.

So some ppl say u are supposed to leave them on for 10 minz
some say 20, so how much minutes are you exactli supposed to leave them on for because im thinking of trying tehm after all them good feed backs becuase i have a fairly wide nose!

Biore says 10min for theirs.
