A little while ago some of you ladies showed interest in the above so here is how to find your size.
Since very few of us where the right size bra, I thought it might be helpful to post a how to measure yourself for a proper fitting Bra.
The number: Determining your band size (step 1)
-wearing only a bra, take your rib cage just below your breasts
Use inches and unit of measure
-Add five to the above number
-The sum is your band size. If it is odd (like 30+5=35)you can go up or down one size (in this case 34 or 36)
The letter determining your cup size (step 2)
-Measure your bust at it fullest point, wrap the tape measure around your chest just below your shoulder blades.
-Subtract your rib cage measurement (see step one for determining band size) from the number you got at the fullest part of your bust.
- the difference between the two is you up size.
