Smile Perfect Skin Tips..

Hey everyone! For perfect skin, follow these tips!!


Do exercise
People who are physically fit look good and feel good. Exercise brings more oxygen and nutrients to the skin so that it is firmer and better nourished. It is also thought that exercise slows down aging. A regular exercise program will help to lengthen your life, improve your appearance, build your self-confidence and reshape your figure. Exercise also benefits the skin by helping to maintain a clear circulation, calming the nerves and promoting a deeper, more revitalizing sleep. So move more, be younger, look better!

Do use products
You should cleanse your face every day using three different products. , and . Use products only for your (i.e. Oily, dry etc). Note that offer 5% off you first order.

Do drink water
Water is essential for the hydration of the skin to keep it moist, soft, supple and clear. Loss of moisture from the skin is one main cause of wrinkles. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Do rest
We don't get enough rest or sleep and are often tired. The average amount of sleep we need is 8 hours a night but less than half of us only have 5 to 6 hours. Not resting or sleeping properly will start to show as you age. Not only does lack of sleep make your eyes puffy but will make your skin look dry and dull.

Do eat properly
It is very important that you maintain a proper diet. You should eat at least five portions of fruit or vegetables a day to keep your vitamin levels up. Take multivitamin if you don't think you are getting enough. Try to avoid fatty foods as they cause spots and will make your skin greasy.

Don't smoke
Cigarette smoking robs the skin of its vitality and potential for being smooth and attractive. Smoking also restricts blood flow and toxin to and from the skin. People who smoke have a depleted, pallid complexion and skin that wrinkles prematurely.

Don't overdo the booze
Alcohol can dehydrate the skin and impede circulation, thus robbing the skin of precious moisture and depletes the body of vitamins and minerals needed for a healthy complexion.

Don't stress out
Not only is stress bad for your physically as well as mentally but it is also bad for your skin. Your face can break out with spots, inflammation and make it sensitive and dull looking. So chill out!

Don't fry
Avoid rays when they are strongest always use a high factor sunscreen (SP15 or higher). Don't over do sunbeds. Sunbeds also damage your skin and can cause dryness as well as skin cancer. The safest way to get a sun tan is to FAKE IT.

Don't do drugs
Nothing good in the long run can possibly come from doing drugs!

Could some one give me good home remedy for a facepack? I have dry skin, & am allergic to besin (gram flour). My friend had give me a remedy which consists of yogurt, honey & some more things as well, which I have forgotten, so if someone can kindly complete this receipe for me, it will be great. Also, any new facepacks are also welcome.

Hello Jyothi.Since you are allergic to gram flour.....I'll suggest you a good coconut face pack.You can get coconut face pack anywhere in the market..and it is reasonable too.Just take coconut powder....and mix it with coconut water...and apply to your face..Trust me...you can see..instant glow to your face.And this pack will enchance your skin...in such a way..that...the glow on your skin..turn to a pearl shine.
Apart from this...if you are going for a party..or function....the tip to get an instant glow to your face is,.....LEMON & HONEY.Just mix both together,,,,and apply to your face,neck,hands and feet...and stay for 25 mins..later wash it with warm water.
At first you may not find any change...but after one hr.....you'll be crowded with compliments for your skin.Trust me.Try this ..and find yourself..glowing...with a crowning skin.

Thanks Chandrika, I will try this out. Also, I have faint white patches all over my face, its very faint, only when one looks closely, will be able to notice, any way I can get rid of these??

those faint patches are nothing but... the problem of defeiency of Vitamin C or..some sunburn.U need not feel bad about these....The only way you can subside them...is start consuming.....lemon water....INTAKE...or orange juice or pomagranate juice.As these juices will starts fighting with you melanin underneath your skin..and will protect you externally.Apart from this...always apply sunscreen lotion.May be those patches are...of sunburn too?But anyways..patches on face form only with the defeiency of Vitamin C.Start having food which has got Vitamin C..like citrus fruits...and take the supplments of Vitamin C..1000mg.As this will indeed help you all over the body.

Hy Bubblegum...
You Can start taking Vitamin C capsules everyday...and wait paitently..for some days....Dont expect immideate result...for everything...Iam damn sure that you will find a drastic change in your whole body transformation....You'll start glowing fading away those white patches.Drink lot's of citrus juices.This will really really help you.You can make a daily routine to drink a glass of lemon water.It will really help you..and dont forget to drink milk before going to bed.This will add a morning charm when you awake up the next day morning.U can just check urself in mirror.
I'll tell you a good advice...When you find something odd on your body,or face....Just stop worrying..and slowly think of ways to disguise them permanently....for this you will really need a lot of patience.
NOW....Keep a smile on your face...be confident...dont worry too much of those faint patches...and be patient and last but not least............start taking care of yourself...both internally...and externally...
