This is a simple weight loss plan that worked for me: don't eat so much, stop the food cravings and try to stay moving (even if it means standing up and changing chairs every 5-10 minutes.
It's seriously that easy. But the easiest part was stopping the food cravings! You've probably heard of it before, there's alot going on with hoodia (a natural appetite suppressant) check it out at www . hoodia-n-more.com, that's where I got it, it really did work wonders on keeping my appetite under control so I don't give in to every food item I see, I just wanted to share this with you all because it worked so well, I've been tell all my friends haha, I feel like a sales rep for their site ![]() Good luck all! wow i think i'll give it ago, but surely it cant do much for your metabolism? (or is that where the moving comes in lol!) so how long was it until you noticed a difference in your appearence?

haha, thanks! as far as how long did it take for me to notice anything - it was pretty immediate within the first week a noticed that I was eating less and had lost 3 pounds. It didn't stay at that rate but it was a steady loss of weight. I also attribute it to my diet, I was trying to eat less fats and sugars, tried kind of a cleanse (vegitarian style cleanse) to keep my body health while loosing weight. Remember though to watch out for muscle loss! otherwise you'll notice that the weight loss is due to muscle loss and not fat loss! So that was another reason for 'keeping moving' to make sur eyou use your muscles and not lose them and keep the fat!

does the 'appetite surpressant' have any known side effects?
also, you said you did a vegitarian style cleanse-- what would recommend for someone who is already a veggie? welcome to the forums by the way-- have you introduced yourself yet? ![]() |

The appetite suppresant I took didn't have any side effects for me. It's mainly cinnamon and hoodia (both just plants) so I wasn't really expecting any side effects to begin with.
My 'veggie' diet/cleanse was of my own style (slightly influenced by the cabbage food diet) it was based on low salt/sugar -- basically any veggie and brown rice, I wasn't watching my calorie's but just the food types that I took in (ie: I tried to refrain from fruits since they had sugars) The fresher the better! ![]() No, I havn't introduced myself here, I guess I'll have to do that! ![]() |
