Things to keep in mind for the summer season
get soft feet for the sandal season- apply a thin layer of vaseline to your heels and soles when wearing socks and sneakers wash cotton hats and visors after every two wears to remove oil buildup that can cause breakous on your forehead mix cream bronzer with sunscreen to get a little glimmer AND protection fix dry nails by rubbing olive oil into cuticles and nails a half hour before bedtime. wear plastic bags on hands/feet to help the oil soak in- remove them before bed fake slimmer legs with self-tanner; apply one coat all over, then add a second coat of four inch wide sections to your inner and outer thighs and calves prevent wrinkles before they start by wearing oversize sunglasses to protect delicate skin around eyes prevent bacne by wearing breathable synthetic blend fabris when it's hot out; cotton tends to hold sweat next to the body, causing breakouts gently exfoliate peeling skin caused by a sunburn by sitting in a lukewarm hot tub or whirlpool bath for a few minutes. it will remove the dead skinw ithout being too harsh hydrate your face with a homemade mask. mix half a ripe avocado, 2 tbsp crushed bee pollen, and 1 tbsp oney. apply to your face, leave on for 20 minutes, then sinse soothe itching from a sunburn by using cooled aloe gel on large areas and dabbing calamine lotion on small spots use a body wash with salicylic acid to prevent body breakouts during the summer months.
