How can I gain weight fast? My weight has dropped drastically and its making me look horrible! People always talk about losing weight but I need to gain weight. Anything I can eat or do to gain weight fast? Aren't there some like powerbars made exclusively to help people gain weight? I'm pretty sure there are.

I don't know, why don't you just eat a lot of cake and fudge? That has a lot of fat, and eat McDonald's every day. Of course, you're going to have to exercise, so you can turn the incoming lipids into muscle.

lol, wow I never thought I would see this thread..EVER! Well, eating mcdonalds may work but it may also bring you other problems. Ever seen "supersize me"? lol, poor guy. Anyways, things with a lot of carbohydrates may help, snack a lot, drinking protein shakes I heard helps. Guys use it to gain weight and turn it into muscle I believe. Hrmmm, bread has a lot of carbs. as well as rice and anything like that. When you eat supper try having things like that as a side dish, bread/pasta/rice/etc. I'll look into it more

you can find weight gain powders in nutrition stores..try asking the salesclerk for help

It's true, there are a lot of weight gain bars. There are also like those Ensure drinks that are made for weight gain. And if the slim drinks taste good, then imagine the weight gain drinks!

Just eat and lie around? This usually isn't a problem in today's world, it's usually lose weight fast. You're lucky, you can eat anything and not gain a pound, I wish I could do that.

Try magazines like Muscle & Fitness or Flex. They are chock full of weight/muscle gain tips. Nutrition stores can be helpful as well.
