Hello samera...
My sister used to try it... It works if you drink it twice a day. I guess it acidic taste make you lose your appetite n' make you more easily to go to the toilet (I hope you know what I mean... )But you also have to drink a lot of water to balanced the effects.... Hope this help you,ok... ![]() |

My sister used to drink it only once a day. At night, before she go to sleep. I don't know what kind of diet that you've already do, but I guess you better not let your stomach too empty when you drink it, ok?

I am on a low-fat and low calories diet, do u lose inches by taking it and how much do u have to take.

im using apple cider vinegar for weight loss my recipe is 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar + 1 tbsp honey (honey doesnt make u fat coz the fructose content in honey is the same as those in fruits; honey also has antioxidants) in 8 ounce of water. fruit juices can be added if you cant take the taste. for the full benefits of acv visit www.earthclinic.com. its not the acidity of acv that makes it works. go check it out coz i lost 4 pounds within a month. by the way the recipe should be taken before meals. good luck

im using apple cider vinegar. my recipe is 2 tbsps ACV + 1 tbsp honey(its fructose content doesnt make u fat coz it's the same as those in fruits) + 8 oz water(optional: add fruit juices if u cant take the taste) im using it for a month and i lost 4 pounds, just take it before each meals 2 times a day. for more information you can visit this site www.earthclinic.com. goodluck!
