Exercise is one of the main ways, swimming, push ups, weights. that is the best way. I also put in under the forum New and Upcoming products. some products that are suppose to help somewhat. so give that a look. I think its called busts boosters.

I think it is made for any age but I would go to the website and read a bit about it, before making a decision, you are still pretty young and I would prefer you to know if it is the correct product for you.

massageing sesme seed oil on them is suppose to help them grow or massage oilsor herbs and yes Exercise's are great! xx
