Default Nails!!!
Ok my nails are really in a state! And they grow so slowly how can I get them to grow really fast?

Well Moisturizing the cuticles is one of the most important, use vitamine e oil.
Also Emu oil is really good, diet is another eat lots of fruits and vegetable and drink lots of water, Make sure your calcium intake in good.

Also You could try a supplements called silca and some women claim MSM is great for the nails.

Use gloves anytime you hands are in water, and use a product like Mavala or Witchcraft to give you nails extra help.

well each day u have to rub your nails with a lemon this is a gr8 way i swear..
also try weargloves.

Thanks for the advice I'm always outside working with horses so my nails always suffer because of it
