Thumbs up Controlling body odour

Hope you people like the following tips for controlling body odour

Bathe atleast twice a day.

Wear clean, washed clothes every day.

Remove the hair in your underarms and private parts regularly as hair can trap sweat and millions of germs.

Use deodrants (of reputed brands) every day or even twice a day if necessary.

In case you sweat excessively, you should use an antiperspirant on alternate days.

My friends beside these there are certain things you can do to lessen the smell, but you really should consider an antiperspirant. Members of the cabbage family, like broccoli, cabbage and even garlic, can react chemically in your body and cause odor that is secreted through your skin. Stop eating these and a certain aspect of the body odor will disappear. This will not stop all odors, however! Think of sweat as stagnant water - it doesn't smell when it is first secreted, but after an entire day, it is disgusting, especially in a warm environment.

I agree, keeping your underarms shaved is a must. The hair in that dark sweaty environment is a haven for bacteria and odor. I too use Dove or Secret.
