Default weird bumps.. o_o

I have these gross things on my arms. It's teeny tiny bumps as small as a piece of salt. It all over the top part of my arm but not on the lower arm. It's really disgusting and I've tried everything to make them go away!
I've tried lotion but it works for so little time!

What can I do to make them go away!

Use a loaf on that part of you arm, use it dry to get better results. I call it a dry buff.

They could be sort of mini pimples. If so just follow the advice above and they will go over time.

I guess it is hard to treat something when you don't know what it is - so maybe your best bet is going to a dermatologist

True, but be aware that bumps can sometimes be the beginning of eczema or something more serious. For example, people can sometimes get eczema or other funny bumps from leaky gut.
So.. if you don't find out what it is and the problem persists - it may be a good idea to get them checked out. Also, it maybe helpful if you could post a pic
