Has anyone got or tried any natural remedies for weight loss which work?

I dont think there are any " Natural Remedies" for weight loss.. but as you probably know the best way for weight loss is regular vigorous excersise and eating healthily.
Some great excersises are- Swimming- Go to your backyard or local swimming pool. Swim laps at your own pace, and you will have a "skinnier" and more toned body. Dancing- I know it says you are 26, but dancing is a great way to excerise. I know from personal experience if you combine eating healthily and dancing, it works wonders. Belly dancing is a great alternitve for older women and works that flab away. Bike riding- It tones your muscles and keeps those legs moving, getting rid of those thighs. Just remember, Eat lots of fruit and veg, Regular vigourous excersise, and learning to respect your body is the answer ![]()

Things to remember when losing weight:
CHANGE YOUR DIET BEFORE QUANTITIES IT is always best to change WHAT you eat before how MUCH you eat. This is because, when you increase the amount of exercise you do to lose weight, you need more energy - which requires more food. But once you have changed you diet and have gotten used to extra exercise, THEN you can start decreasing your portions of food. MOTIVATION can be important when losing weight, because it is soo easy to just give up. Since we can't all afford a personal trainer, I recommend losing weight or doing exercise with a friend. That way you can motivate each other, especially when one of you are having a bad day. It is so easy to just think 'ok, I won't go for a run today because I am too tired.' Your friend will be able to nag you and get you to do it anyway (LOL) This is good remember, because in the long run, the more exercise you do the more energy you have... unless you overdo it of course. |
