Sea salt removes dry, flaky, dead skin. Wet face (or anywhere on the body), apply a couple of tablespoons of sea salt, and then gently massage with a wet washcloth or fingers. Focus on the T-zone and cheeks, but avoid the eye area. After one or two minutes, rinse with cold water to tighten the pores. It is important to do this regularly, or face-creams will not penetrate. You can do this maximum once per week.

Yea, on camp we were swimming in this sea thing and there was heaps of natural sea salt around so all the girls were like lying there exfoliating lol

I actually bought mineral salt, and on the back it suggest options of exfoliating your face/body with it. it's superb!
