Default Trying a Detox and any suggestions?

Hey everyone! Its the holidays, so there is no routine food schedule or whatever and usually nothing to do but bum around since both parents are at work annnnd yea. So i usually end up eating wayy to many chocolates and things i shouldnt really have. So im gonna try to get chocolate lollies and unhealthy things to an extent out of my body and learn to replace them with fruit, water, nuts and healthy things like that.

Any one got any idea's on ways to excersise in the privacy of my own bedroom or without looking to suspiscius, any healthy yummy snacks or anythings like that? Thx a bunch xxx

Water is great for clearing out your liver... There are also full body cleanses etc that flush toxins from your body. Try: http://curezone.com/cleanse/
I have also heard of a hot stone detox that you can get at massage parlors etc. They are supposed to flush toxins from your body. The girl I talked to said she felt awful straight afterwards but the next day she felt GREAT, and had soo much energy!

mix a talbespoon of lemon juice with equal amount of olive oil. drink it about an hour before you go to bed (it doesnt taste as bad as it sounds) afterwards, lie on your left side and massage your stomch gently. this helps to flush out the toxins from your liver overnight, leading to better shape and clearer skin.

I have been following this post and I am not against detox but I don't think that when your at the age, you should be doing a detox. I have know lots of people that have benefited from this but on the same hand I have know just as many that have had some minor to major problems doing this.

Your bodies are still maturing and starving or putting stuff into your body at these ages is not a great idea. What really set this off for me was the liver detox. Please for God sake don''t play around with your liver. Without that vital organ you would die. Many people don't realize that what they put in there mouths goes straight to your liver, your liver is your filter for your body it supplies clean blood to you heart on helps almost every organ in your body.
I know I sound like a prude but a few years ago I found out that my liver was and is not functioning properly, this has led to many other health concerns and for a while they talked of doing a transplant. The only reason I even mentioned this is to make sure that you don't mess around with your body.
These detox fads and that what they are come and go with the years.
Best detox for you is no detox, drink lots of water eat sensibly get your rest and exercise and keep stress out of your system that is the best give you can give your body.
