Default Staying healthy and fit.

Hey guys Lately ive been overeating a bit, and i need to stop this habit. Ive also need some ways to fit in more excersise, subtly.

Any idea's in general?

Walk instead of taking a ride, don't sit for to long. Keep moving the more you move the more calories you burn. Try weights try Pilates try a bike. go swimming.

Try to stop your sweet cravings with fruit. Whenever you feel peckish, make sure you have some grapes or something like that around. I always eat grapes, apples or pears whenever i have sweet cravings. It helps a lot too, my skin has started to become clearer!

yep, that works really well

also one of the best excersises is swimming, a it gives almost every muscle in your body a workout.

Apart from exercise try the 20% rule, that is leave 20% of what you've served on the plate. (erm...don't want to encourage you to waste food but it could help)
