I don't have one of those powerful shower things, but I'll look for Vita-K. Can you find it over-the-counter at Drug Stores?
I feel stupid for not knowing, but what's an eliptical machine? Also, I've noticed that walking and stuff helps. About a year ago I did a lot of walking (not sure why I stopped), but I would do it for at least 1.5 hours a day (after gradually working my way up). I don't remember having many stretch marks then, but I know walking really firms up your legs and butt (walking uphill really helps with all that, and toning the calves too). After I stopped walking, I don't remember how bad the stretch marks got, but I know within the past few months it seems like a million have showed up, and I have no idea how. It has nothing to do with weight-loss/gain, since I've pretty much always weighed the same. What I hate is the fact that they've sort of worked their way up to my hips. I keep fearing they'll work their way to around my stomach (from the way they are, there's a good chance that will happen) because that's really the only part of my body I like. My butt would be the part of my body I absolutely hate, and that's solely because of the stretch marks ![]() |

Unlike a tread mill, an eliptical machine has zero impact on your legs and body.

Yes, you can buy Vita-K solution at over counter drug stores. I believe it is around 10$ american which isn't to bad. It's a smaller bottle, but it lasts a while. I have seen them here in the states, and in Canada as well, so it should not be too hard to find. That is weird that they r just showing up now. I have also heard actually that exfoliating the areas well with a good scrub and massaging them before bed works well to. Smooths out the skin and diminishes the appearance. I do massage often, it seems to help some with the feeling, but takes quite a while. As for the exfoliating bit, even if it does not help, it cant hurt
I do exfoliate often and well I can't tell if it helps or not, but I havent gotten any visible marks since. |

I think I'll have to Google the eliptical machine lol . THe only image I get in my head is that of a treadmill.
I'll look for Vita-K. I live in Canada, so it's likely more than $10. I've also heard that exfoliating is good, but I hate buying so many products only to be disappointed in most of them. I've heard of a home-made exfoliating technique, but I can't remember what the ingredients were. I know one of them was baking soda (or baking powder?) lol my memory isn't that great :P |

I have been recommending Bella Bodies body scrub. It works wonders, it has cured my dry skin, but my daughter has stretchmarks on the sides of her breasts and after using it consistently for about a month the stretchmarks faded quite a bit and she said her skin felt much softer. I can honestly say of all the body scrubs I have tried this is the best. take a look at the website. It does mention on there that they use unrefined shea butter in the scrub, which makes a big difference. the website is www.bella-bodies.com
Let me know if this helps you!!! |

So what is vita-K, is it a ointment of some sort. I would like to know more about it too. Is it available in india? How long does it take for the stretch marks to fade away? |

Not really true... I stared noticing my stretch marks on breats and butt area when I was 14... never gone away.. I am now 20. Now that I think about it.. they are a little worse than they used to be.. May be different for everyone though.
