Hello. I have fat around my tummy and i was wondering whether there is an easy way to det rid of it that wont cost a lot of money.

I would suggest drinking more water, getting some exercise, walking is good, and watching what you eat, more vegetables less fats.

all of the advice that Ocean has given is great, I will just add a couple watch for the fat and sugar content in all foods, and eat lots of fruit. And do Pilates for your stomach it really helps

It would have to be a combination of doing alot of cardio eg. running, cycling your diet watching what you eat and doing stomach exercises to tone the area.

Eat lots of dairy! Low fat yogurts and cheese, skim milk, etc..
People who have a lot of dairy in their diet usually lose weight fast(not like, 10 lbs a month..but gradually, you know?), especially around their bellies. |

You should try to eat some low carb recipes and do exercises regularly..you will see that gradually it will dissapear
