Sun does the most damage to ones face. They say the damage done by the suns rays have already happened by the time you turn 18. So, wear sunscreen! I have always taken omegaberry 3 fish tablets. That seems to help with everything because when you turn my age, you need help with everything...

yes i agree with you, sun really does a lot of damage to our skin as its UV rays are the major cause of skin cancers and all skin related problems.

The process of aging can be slowed down if we make this habbit of applying a sun screen lotion before going outside. also fresh fruits those which are in dark colors like red apples, violet grapes, green avocados, etc. help to keep us a distance from wrinkles..

So does chocolate cause acne....I think the sun is a big one as others have said and eating well is always a good idea for other health reasons if nothing else.
