anyway, theres no worry, walking will tone your muscles, but will not make it bigger unless you are very skinny to start with. However, even if walking does make it bigger, it's in a more toned "Beyonce Knowles" kind of way, if you see what I mean! |

yeah hopefully exercise will do it cuz im an exercise fantic!! I try to exercise everyday..even when I dont feel good I'll exercise cuz after it makes me feel good!!

like alot of people already said, squats all the way. just keep doing those squats, not only will it give you what you want, you will get the thighs with it.

I've been doing squats and they work great! i also do this other excersise but i cant remember what its called that was good it worked after to days. you lay on your stomach and lift your leg up keeping it straight then bringing it back down if you feel the muscle at the bottom of your butt getting tight it works also side kicks have all been good and side lunges.

Eat fattier foods and concentrate your workouts towards your butt. Try not to do much cardio because that burns fat.
