strange marks...

Hello all
This sounds a bit wierd, but I have some strange marks on my knees, they look like little red/purple bruises, but they don't hurt at all, or feel any different when I touch them. Are they broken veins?
I have a few on each knee, and I first noticed them last night when I was coming home from the concert I've been going on about. Do you think they coud have anything to do with standing up for 4 hours (at least) or being kind of mashed against the metal barrier for an hour....?
any thoughts would be appreciated

Yes it could be standing in heels for awhile, Does you mother have Varicous Veins if so it could be just that you might have a few that you normally do not notice until they are strained and tired.

hmm.. i think she has them where she's been crossing her legs over the years.

i wouldnt worry...id have bad knees too if i stood up at a fratellis concert for 4 hours

Well, I asked my mum, and she reckons it's just bruises...
so I've been taking homeopathic arnica tablets and putting arnica cream on them, and now they have gone!!! Hurrah!!
