Glowing Body scrub!

take a plastic bowl ( your gona be in the shower so you might want something that wont break if you drop it) and put in some sugar.... 3 teaspoons, depends on how big or small or tall and short you are. then put in some honey and make it into a paste. after your done shampooing and washing yourself turn off the water and use the scruba all over your body except for the face. scrub in gentle circles, better results if theyre small circles.

when you've completely scrubbed yourself till satisfied but make sure your not red! a lesson my dad learned. so when your done scrubbing yourself clean rinse with warm water, warm water washes off the honey best. rinse yourself clean and pat your self dry. If you look in the mirror you'll notice your skin looks smoother and more even and may notice a little glow. if you dont... then iono then lol.

you can use it on the neck, just be REALLY gentle but dont use it on the face
