Hi Everyone, I'm a newbie and don't want to butt in but this i know about first hand about and the answer is [b]Pilates and walking!!!!! I lost 50 pounds 170 to 120 doing this but I did walk 3 miles 3 x's a week and pilates every morning. I went to K-Mart and purchased Pilates for Dummies for under 10 bucks, and I really didn't diet just watched what I ate and when I ate. Heck I still eat a my Hershey with almonds every morning. Keep it off with walking, walking, walking!!! I can't follow a diet to save my life when I deny myself foods I crave I crave them more then fall off and binge. If I tell myself I can't have that darn candy bar I'll buy a whole bag and eat every last one of them. Sorry such a long post but I am a Pilates believer....

Walk everywhere you go. I've been walking everywhere since I got to my University because I can't afford a car but its really good because its only been two weeks and I am already seeing some defintion and they are less flabby.

Cleanse Tone and Moisturise - Do not forget sunscreen, and try to get 'oil free' moisturiser.

Walking is fantastic! I try to walk heaps. Winsor Pilates usually is priced around $20.00 for a 20minute workout. I reccomend highly. You may see yourself as not so flexible - but keep doing it!

just sweat alot if you want to make your skin glowy and radiant, sweat improves the skin tone and stuff lol believe me! it works!! and you can also use Caress body wash.. damn i forgot the name... well the soap is lavender and has these tiny puple pearl beads and it works to make your skin all glowy and purdy!! lol

Pilates works! Yoga is also really good for you. They both give you more flexibility and it actually improves your posture and makes you taller. That's always good.
