I really needed help with getting skinner thighs. I want them to be skinny and not flabby and saggy. But please no advice on lipo and other sugerical things. Please give me a workout that would make me have skinner thighs!!

First off, xxRoxyAngelzxx, you are very much welcome to the forums here
![]() By using a special anti-cellulite oil or body lotion, knead the hips and buttocks by squeezing and lifting the flesh with one hand and then the other. Work all over these areas wherever you can pick up enough flesh. Use firm movements to squeeze and lift the flesh on the thighs. You may apply more oil if necessary and stroke smoothly from above the knee to the top of the thigh and from the back of the knee to the buttocks. Also, wrap both hands around the leg just above the knee and pull the flesh up toward the top of the thigh. Repeat on the other leg ![]()

ride a bike for atleast 30 minutes a day or an hour, it makes your thighs and butt alot smaller, i've done this for atleast half of a year now and it works

pilates its excersize program.. http://www.winsorpilates.com/ u order the dvds and do the excercizes.. it works, but u gana have the time to do it.

It's a floor exercise that tones muscles through dynamic muscle motions and muscle resistance. Zero impact.
It was invented by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's in Germany. It was later used as a training exercise by ballerinas in 1970 in New York City. And is still the standard training tool.

Thanx soooo much for the advice!!! I'll start bicycling alot with my friends and do all these fit work! But does anyone have any advice on smoother and glamorous skin?
