Odd as it may seem, make yourself a Slimfast Shake, only make it from whole milk or half and half. It has lots of good vitamins in it and even when it's make with skim milk it has about 300 cals. To loose weight, people use skim milk and 'have it as the meal. To gain, use whole milk nd have as many as you like and have it with meals.
Also....Ensure nutritional drinks. VERY good way to gain. They have old people who have trouble maintaining weight drink these high cal/high vitamin drinks.

YAY! I finally found Ensure at a pharmacy in Malaysia. But it is SO expensive!! RM50 per can!! about US $ 12.50. I think in US it is $ 10.95.

When you take nutrition drinks to gain weight your cholesterol levels can go up really high in a short time. Just thought to keep you girls informed of this as you would only come to know of this if you get a full body check up or check your cholesterol levels. Since most of you are really young, chances are that you'd only come to know after along time...don't want to scare you but just be informed and if possible take a doctor to prescribe after a check up..
