Hi everyone! I am like 10 Kgs underweight. Does anyone know how to put on weight fast? I have been throught dozens of sites, there isnt much weight gain though.

Drink banana shakes daily and try to have 5-6 small meals instead of 3-4 big ones. Hope that will help you

hi-5! im underweight too...but not so much. anywho, drink a cup of full cream milk in the morning helps...add 500 calories to your diet everyday for healthy weight gain
and yes as vogueboy said, you can get weight gainers too...but choose wisely |

Eat more foods with high carbohydrates like bread, rice, pastas etc. hope that helps

U should have a banana with milk in breakfast.......... not the banana shake............Dont drink skimmed milk. This will definetly help u out. |

hi all im new to this thingey.
was just wondering, how exactly does the banana or the banana shake help, what does it do for u? eating a banana every day with breakfast is just... weird. |
