yes dear you should better go see a good doctor only he/she can tell you the best possible solution and medication. As you said that you are a little overweight and your legs rub while walking, i guess thats another reason why they are not healing or maybe you wear such material thats allergic to your skin and the constant rubbing might increases this problem. so its better to go to a doctor. wish you best of luck and dont be shy doctors are supposed to know everything only then they will give you a better advise, right?

I get the same thing sometimes but not on my thighs its right on my..yeah :P

I don't think its anything to worry about, mine come and go.

and mine come and go too but sometimes it's painly.
